James identified the issue, which was a loosened saddle valve from the hot water line to the humidifier. He tightened the connection, opened the valve, (which we had closed when it began to leak), and made sure that when hot water was running in the house, it was no longer leaking. This leak had caused water to drip down the side of the water heater and collect in the pan, and James explained that when the water heater detects water in the pan, it automatically shuts off. I feel confident that James understood the issue and remedied it properly. He had also called to say when he would arrive, was courteous, and professional. Thank you.

Greg was an amazing technician. It took him seconds to diagnose the problem I had with my thermostat not connecting to my hvac properly. He resolved it within minutes, ran additional tests to make sure it was fixed and that I didn’t have any other problems, and thoroughly explained all the issues and how to prevent it from happening again and what to do if it did happen again. Greg’s kind and relaxed attitude, ability to quickly diagnose and fix, and ability to explain in simple terms the entire situation made this a phenomenal experience. I will be using Whitney for all of my future hvac services.

Gregory Daniel was the technician assigned to evaluate the issue with my furnace under my home warranty. He called beforehand to confirm the appointment and ensure I would be available. Right front the start, Brandon Williams was kind, friendly, and patient. Bill was great! Very knowledgeable and professional while being personable at the same time. Bill handled multiple issues for us including installing new light fixtures/ceiling fan, repair outlets and running circuit for new exterior light. Totally happy with all work. James Reaves was great. He called me when he was on his way with an approximate time and then again when he was close by. He was very knowledgeable. He got the job done (pipe repair) and cleaned the area when finished. I was very pleased with his work. This was an insurance claim so I don't know the cost of the repair service.

I just had Brandon S. Out to check my wiring. He tighten up some loose areas. Said I needed to get ahold of consumers for a problem with a utility line , and explained the problem with it. Ce-Cil identified the issue with my patio light to be a dimmer switch was installed on a motion light. He took the time to explained the cause of the issue. The light fixture now works and I can start enjoying being out on the patio at night. He was very respect of my home & property and I felt very comfortable having Ce-Cil in my home.

He didn’t believe I had a leak at first. I had to run my hand under the sink and prove it was wet. He wanted to install a new part of a different color that would have looked terrible. I do praise him for asking before he did it because I would have made him remove it.

James Reaves and Whitney Services has been doing a great job for FRISKE Maintenance Group. They are exceptionally quick to respond, and show up when they are scheduled. They upgraded our supply, converted a janitor's slop sink into a toilet stall, and install new toilets, a urinal, and a sink.

Did a wonderful job!!!! Brandon is our tech guy. He check the furnace and a/c. He clean out a/c really good and wash out all the dirt out. It very clean and work as new. Our a/c. is 55yrs old and still good. Thanks Brandon!!!
