James identified the issue, which was a loosened saddle valve from the hot water line to the humidifier. He tightened the connection, opened the valve, (which we had closed when it began to leak), and made sure that when hot water was running in the house, it was no longer leaking. This leak had caused water to drip down the side of the water heater and collect in the pan, and James explained that when the water heater detects water in the pan, it automatically shuts off. I feel confident that James understood the issue and remedied it properly. He had also called to say when he would arrive, was courteous, and professional. Thank you. ~ L P
We had a very positive experience with all the work we had done. Christina in the office was a pleasure to work with, very communicative and on top of things. I really liked how you get a text when the technician is on their way, as well as their picture. Jacob and Brandon did a great job and Jacob went out of his way to answer all of our questions. Julian and his assistant did electrical work and I really appreciated how they cleaned up after everything, just really respectful of our space. I do want to call out Tom Bosley because he is the reason that I chose to go with Whitney. He outlined clear expectations and was not trying to oversell or over promise. Greg was an amazing technician. It took him seconds to diagnose the problem I had with my thermostat not connecting to my hvac properly. He resolved it within minutes, ran additional tests to make sure it was fixed and that I didn’t have any other problems, and thoroughly explained all the issues and how to prevent it from happening again and what to do if it did happen again. Greg’s kind and relaxed attitude, ability to quickly diagnose and fix, and ability to explain in simple terms the entire situation made this a phenomenal experience.
